Concept SOVIET PEOPLE in the First Half of the 20th Century: Language Representation and Conceptual Component

Abstract.
The paper aims to identify the focus of linguistic comprehension and language representation of the concept SOVIET PEOPLE during the first half of the 20th century. The article reveals the components of the concept, grounds the relation between the notions “new man” and “Soviet man”. The scientific originality of the research consists in the complex analysis of the concept SOVIET PEOPLE. As a result, it has been proved that the concept SOVIET PEOPLE was formed as a result of the complicated ideology of creating a new personality type, included the notions which are recorded in dictionaries and correlate exclusively with the Soviet period and ideology, as well as with the phenomena which appeared long before that.
