Structural Characteristics of One-Lexeme Nominations as a Fragment of Typological Passports of Medical Terminology Systems

Abstract.
The aim of the paper is to obtain quantitative and qualitative results of studying special nominations to fill in the field “structural characteristics” of typological passports of medical terminological systems. The scientific novelty is due to the fact that for the first time such characteristics of the inseparable nominations of the sublanguage of medicine as their quantitative distribution in 12 terminological systems, the list and status of constituents, the number and sequence of morphemes in a special unit have been obtained and described. As a result, 57 morphemic models and their percent in the general corpus of term systems have been identified; structural characteristics of the models from the dominant group have been described.
