The peer-reviewed publication offers an analysis of the legacy of V. P. Astafiev, examines the historical, historical-literary and historical-cultural contexts of the author’s work, strategies for representing the writer's life and works for a wide audience. In addition, the collection contains a section devoted to the problems of continuity in the modern literary process.
