ГЕНЕЗИС ВНЕШНЕЙ ПОЛИТИКИ США: РАТИФИКАЦИЯ КОНСТИТУЦИИ 1787 Г. В ШТАТЕ НЬЮ-ДЖЕРСИ

Аннотация. В статье анализируется внешнеполитическая проблематика в ходе ратификации Конституции США в Нью-Джерси. Ратификационный процесс в штате оказал косвенное воздействие на генезис внешней политики североамериканского государства. Будучи разделенными, элиты Нью-Джерси пришли к консенсусу: введение федеральной системы рассматривалось ими как средство, во-первых, для открытия иностранных рынков с целью поставки в них американских сельскохозяйственных товаров; во-вторых, для защиты интересов штата в бюрократическом механизме.
