REALIZATION OF "INVERTED CLASS" TECHNOLOGY BY WEB 2.0 TOOLS WHEN STUDYING NEW MATERIAL ON THE DISCIPLINE "FOREIGN LANGUAGE"

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of implementing electronic resources and information and communication technologies in foreign language education at the non-linguistic higher education establishments. The author discovers educational potential and specificity of "inverted class" model, provides a survey of Web.2.0 platforms and tools promoting productive adoption of new material in distant foreign language education.
