Abstract. The article analyses the main communicative-pragmatic characteristics of ludic dialogical discourse. The key moments in the realization of the ludic dialogue are: rules for the organization of communication and interpretation, coherence of speech creation with the vertical context of the conventional ludic event. The basic structural elements of the dialogue, specificity of its lexical, syntactic, structural-grammatical and semantic expression are defined. Accentuation of the most important generalized meaning in the general conventional information flow of ludic discourse occurs when expressive ludic devices are used.
