FEATURES OF SATIRIC TYPIZATION IN THE FEUILLETON "THE BALLAD OF THE NEAR FUTURE" BY F. CHUDAKOV

Abstract. The article examines the creative work of F. Chudakov (1888-1918) - the most prominent writer of the pre-revolutionary and revolutionary times, who passed away tragically in protest against the terror unleashed by the Bolsheviks, completely forgotten for ideological reasons in the Soviet era, and only now, a century later, returning gradually to the Russian readers. The paper introduces completely new material - the poetic feuilletons of 1911-1912 devoted to the Xinhai Revolution in China - into scientific use. Main attention is paid to the principle of theatricalization used by the satirist, as well as to his literary techniques.
