Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the semantic scope of the Chinese adverbs. In Russian, adverbs are divided into two subclasses: adverbs with fixed and floating scope. The main attention is paid to the specifics of each class of adverbs, which allows determining what fragment of the semantic structure of a sentence is characterized by an adverb, and verifying the law of semantic agreement. The work determines the place of the Chinese adverbs in the semantic structure of a sentence, reveals semantic interaction between adverbs and predicates, which must be taken into account when using adverbs in a sentence.
