ABSOLUTION FROM SENTENCE SERVING IN CONNECTION WITH ILLNESS: SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES AND INTERPRETATION PROBLEMS

Abstract. The author researches the types of the absolution from sentence and its serving in connection with illness such as the absolution from sentence serving in connection with mental disorder, with other serious diseases, with the disease which makes a serviceman unfit for military service.
