THE PROBLEMS OF MORALITY CRITERIA DETERMINATION AND PRIVATE LIFE PROTECTION IN THE USA DURING JUDICIAL ACTIVISM PERIOD

Abstract. The author considers lawmaking as the USA activity of the end of the ХХ^th century and makes the conclusions that the court preserved interests balance due to which the American society retained self-expression freedom and the state set the limits of such freedom and the criteria of non-interference with citizens' private life by means of the development and implementation of the fundamental notion privacy in American legal policy.
