LEGAL POLICY OF MODERN RUSSIA AS MIRRORED BY SOCIAL REALITIES

Abstract. The article is devoted to determining the role and place of legal policy in the social realities system forming in modern Russia. The author presents his point of view on determining the social functional of the considered legal phenomenon and suggests the complex of measures on perfecting the pursued policy and giving it necessary distinctness and precision.
