INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND CRITERIA OF DONORSHIP AND TRANSPLANTATION LEGALITY

Abstract. The author describes the legality criteria of the post-mortal and lifetime transplantation of human organs; pays special attention to the international standards of medical-legal nature in determining the time of human death, and considers the range of the legal prerequisites of donorship in conjunction with the national model of the legal regulation of donorship.
