ABOUT CHAOS AND ORDER ROLE IN SCIENCE

Abstract. The author pays special attention to the questions of science development principles, the direction of science reflection, discusses whether scientific knowledge is a self-organizing system; concludes that order and chaos are fundamental interacting elements in modern scientific world view; shows that it is possible to consider them separately only at theoretical level, the practical application of orderliness is problematic without regard to the accidents in the description of system evolution processes; and mentions that synergetics, studying the formation of new by means of chaos and order interaction, pushes for the radical revision of our ideas about cause-effect relationships unambiguity.
