ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF LICENSING PROCEDURE FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY: COMPARATIVE-LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract. The author discusses the advantages and disadvantages of licensing procedure for educational activity, established by article 33.1 of Federal Law of 10.07.1992 № 3266-1 About Education and the RF Government decree of 16.03.2011 № 174 About the Approval of the Provision on Licensing Educational Activity, conducts the comparative-legal analysis of existing procedures for licensing educational activity in comparison with pre-existing ones, and reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the procedures for licensing educational activity.
