Abstract. The author considers enemy image formation in connection with the attempt on the Bolshevik leader V. I. Lenin's life, and analyzes the problem of enemy image by regional material that allows to understand the processes of new power formation at the beginning of its existence, to see propaganda role in violence cult formation as the state policy element.
