Abstract. The author analyzes the main ways of personality socialization and social adaptation in relation to modern society conditions, pays special attention to the consideration of labour activity and education socialization as major institutions, which interrelation in the process of personality formation is indicated by social values system development, and determines the axiological preconditions of socialization as the main factor of the all-round development of personality as an integral part of modern society.
