STATE AND MECHANISMS OF IDEAS ABOUT JUSTICE FORMATION

Abstract. The public-political meaning of ideas about justice – social relations stabilization and social transformations vector determination – is revealed in the article. The mechanisms of the formation of collective ideas about justice by the state are suggested and described. The conclusion is made that public ideas about justice, corresponding to those translated by the state, reduce the conflict character of state and society relations, and strengthen functioning authority’s legitimacy.
