ORDER AND TERM OF APPEAL (petition) SUBMISSION AND APPEAL (petition) REQUIREMENTS

Abstract. The author shows the order of appeals (petitions) submission according to the Russian legislation, reveals the imperfection of the term for appeal against a sentence or other decision of the court of first appearance determined by the Procedural Criminal Code of the RF, in this connection suggests lengthening the term for appeal that will allow more effectively protecting rights and legitimate interests, at the same time emphasizes the imperfection of appeal (petition) execution and proposes to simplify these documents preparation requirements.
