LEGAL DISPUTE SUBJECT NOTION

Abstract. The author considers one of the key notions in legal theory and practice – legal dispute subject, analyzes the notions of this category existing in jurisprudence and legislation and the conceptions concerning the features and properties that characterize legal dispute subject, obtained within the framework of branch sciences; basing on this research reveals the main properties of legal dispute subject, revealing its content, and suggests her own notion of legal dispute subject, not limited within the framework of a certain law branch.
