"SCULPTURAL TOPIC" IN M. M. BAKHTIN’S CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS

Abstract. The article analyzes "sculptural topic" in M. M. Bakhtin’s creative consciousness as the expression of the tendency to "systematically determine aesthetic in human culture unity"; the examples of the term "sculpture" use by M. M. Bakhtin - both in metaphorical sense and as the designation of specific type of art - are given. The attitude of the thinker to the creative work of the sculptor S. D. Erzia is considered.
