NORMATIVE REGULATION OF MEDICAL PROVISION OF PERMIT TO DRIVE VEHICLES

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of improving the institution of permit of citizens to drive vehicles as one of the components of guaranteeing road safety. Legal statutory acts regulating the medical provision of permit to drive vehicles are analyzed; the ways of the resolution of some contradictions that exist in the sphere of the legal control of the medical support of road safety are suggested.
