CASSATION BODIES AND REGULATION OF THEIR ACTIVITY IN REVOLUTIONARY TRIBUNAL SYSTEM OF SOVIET RUSSIA (1917-1922)

Abstract. The paper examines the problems of the organization and the working procedure of cassation structures in the Soviet tribunal justice system. The author shows that the executive power implemented the activity of such structures by normative and directive methods and they, in spite of the permanent transformations of the emergency law system in the first years of Soviet power, always remained the subunits of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee.
