Abstract. The article presents a definition of architectural-artistic systems, considers evolution of these systems in relation to cultural, climatic, socioeconomic and other factors in the cities of Siberia. The authors propose the basic principles of the architectural-artistic system creation based on the main features of its emergence and development.
