Abstract. The analysis of approaches to the phenomenon of hybrid wars shows that the technologies used today have an impact on citizens’ worldview. This brings hybrid conflicts to a different level, forcing us to talk about the use of new technologies oriented primarily to the socio-cultural sphere. The article puts forward the hypothesis that hybrid wars have three vectors of socio-cultural influence, affecting cultural identity, sense of patriotism and involvement with the fate of the state, as well as spiritual and material values of the people.
