LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES’ PROBLEMS UNDER TEMPORARY SIBERIAN GOVERNMENT IN SUMMER-AUTUMN OF 1918

Abstract.
The article analyzes the activity of the largest state anti-bolshevist establishment in the East of Russia – the Temporary Siberian Government – in 1918. Special attention is paid to the problems of local government organization during this government existence. The author considers the main problems of lower power structures, studies the ways-out from the hard economic situation, in which the region happened to be by the summer of 1918. Nevertheless, despite historical materials in scientific circulation the theme of this article still remains understudied and demands further deep research.
