WTO DISPUTE SETTLEMENT MECHANISM: DIFFICULTIES WHEN IMPLEMENTING RESOLUTIONS

Abstract.
In this article the process of implementing resolutions made according to the results of disputes settlement between the states, which are the members of WTO, is considered. The author gives the generalized characteristics of WTO dispute settlement system and pays special attention to the stage of resolutions implementation. The main difficulties when implementing resolutions are revealed and analyzed. The author tried to find the basic reasons of such difficulties and evaluate their influence on the efficiency of the whole system.
