Abstract.
The article considers the possibilities of the organization of psychosocial assistance to unemployed citizens in the Russian Federation. In this regard, the programs and forms of assistance and the expected results of such activity are studied. The authors provide statistical data on the quantitative composition of the citizens, who have received such assistance in the placement services of Orel region, and substantiate the thesis about the need to separate the levels of psychosocial work implemented by experts in various spheres.
