Abstract.
The article studies the development of the pictorial models of the quality control system. The analysis of the pictorial models the “PDCA cycle”, “quality loop” and “quality spiral” is carried out, the results of which show the advantages and disadvantages of these models. On the basis of the conducted analysis the author proposes a multi-level relational model that is based on the models “quality loop” and “quality spiral” and reflects the process of information interaction within the framework of the quality control system in the form of undirected relational connections.
