Abstract. The article presents the experience of group classes in logopaedics with adults and teenagers, who suffer from stuttering, aimed at the systematization, automation and consolidation of the results of the basic course of treatment within the framework of the day hospital of the logoneuroses department. The authors express an opinion that an aftercare group is an important structural element in the complex approach to stuttering treatment, as it allows patients to systematize and automate the skills acquired at the first stage of treatment, during visits to the day hospital, within the framework of speech practical work.
