DIAGNOSTIC APPROACH TO HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The purpose of the article is studying the diagnostic approach to human resources management. Interrelation of the objects under consideration in the diagnostic model is traced. Special attention is paid to the analysis of internal, external factors and directions of staffing strategy of personnel management. The author presents methods of personnel selection in the organization, their advantages and disadvantages. The paper reveals the content of the notion “personnel assessment”. Practical methods of personnel assessment in the organization are summarized.
