Abstract. The article is devoted to the topical problem of formation of junior schoolchildren’s creative abilities. Specificity of using active pedagogical techniques is disclosed. The analysis of modern pedagogical techniques and aspects of their practical use is carried out. The techniques under study can serve as a guide for further independent work on formation of junior schoolchildren’s creative abilities.
