STATE CORPORATIONS FOUNDER'S RIGHTS: CLASSIFICATION PROBLEMS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the classification problems of the rights of a legal person founders (participants). The author pays special attention to researching the legal nature of a state corporation founder's rights and concludes that the common criteria of classification framed in Civil Legislation for legal persons can not be applied to a state corporation founder's rights.
