TO THE QUESTION OF THE ORIGIN OF THE SCIENCE OF RUSSIAN LABOUR LAW

Abstract. In the article the basic historical-legal aspects of the process of the origin and the formation of the science of Russian labour law are considered in brief. The author pays special attention to the labour-legal ideology which is the basis of the labour law paradigm. The names of relevant scientists-labourists, statesmen and public figures who were the founders of the science of Russian labour law and who formed the basic categories of this science are marked.
