Abstract.
The author studies the processes of one of the most large-scale transformations in the history of the USSR - industry and construction administration reorganization - reflection in the magazine Krokodil, demonstrates that the magazine revealed the imperfections and real problems in administrative modernization process within the USSR in 1950-1960 in feuilletons and caricatures and shows that analyzing the magazine materials one can make conclusions about the degree of the success of unprecedented administration system reorganization implementation by the soviet state.
