MOST FAVOURED NATION IMPLEMENTATION GENESIS IN INTERNATIONAL TREATIES

Abstract. The author considers the changes of the most favoured nation (MFN) functions applied to foreign investments during various historical periods ranging from the XIth century till the middle of the XXth century; and reveals the distinct dependence of the MFN clauses implementation assignment on the dominant foreign economic policy of states.
