LAW-FORMING INTEREST IN R. POUND'S SOCIOLOGICAL-LEGAL THEORY

Abstract. The author reveals the American law sociologist R. Pound's opinion on law as the means of interests recognition, protection and securing, and shows that he gave the classification of interests which became law-forming in his interests law and tried to find out the way of these interests balancing and harmonization.
