Abstract.
The authors for the first time consider white Don Flotilla formation during the Civil War, discuss officers' staff and ship personnel formation of military-river command, and pay special attention to the interesting archival paper Description of the Grand Don Army Marine Department ranks' shoulder straps which restores the appearance of white Don Flotilla officers and lower ranks' signs of differences.
