Abstract.
The author reveals the peculiarities of creative personnel training system formation within Khabarovsk district in the 1930-1980s, and pays special attention to the process of the network formation of artistic profile higher and secondary professional educational institutions, as well as the activity of local creative unions on training and improving artistic intelligentsia representatives' professional skills.
