Abstract.
The author pays special attention to the problems of the social development of children, who are brought up outside the family, presents the description of orphanages interaction features, suggests a worked out programme for the development of social-cultural interaction, and gives the results of the practice-oriented programme approbation and the recommendations for the development of the social-cultural interaction of primary school children, who are brought up outside the family.
