Abstract.
The author considers social-cultural ideal as a real relationship between nature and history, analyzes the characteristics, content and specific historical forms of the Russian social ideals embodiment, determines the role of the natural component, and substantiates that the evolution of social ideals is a dialectical development in space and time of contradictions inherent in the original form of social ideal that is directed to universal human values, which contribute to the improvement of the subject’s spiritual life.
