Abstract.
The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal aspects of licensing in the context of extending the dispositive principles of the administrative-legal regulation of the Russian economy. The author examines the prospects of licensing as a method of administrative-legal regulation, which together with other alternative methods must become not only a limiting factor but also a stimulus of entrepreneurial, economic activity promoting the innovative progressive development of the Russian economy.
