Abstract.
The article raises a problem of the role of schoolchildren’s parents under the modern conditions of introducing a new generation of Federal Standards. The author wants to know whether the introduction of the standards influenced the nature of the interaction of family and school. The paper presents the results of a sociological survey describing the activity, interests of parents in relation to school. The researcher compares the data of the inquiries of schoolchildren’s parents from schools participating and not participating in the approbation of Federal State Educational Standards.
