ORGANIZATION OF TEACHING IN JURIDICAL CLINIC: EXPERIENCE OF NORTH CAUCASIAN BRANCH OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF JUSTICE

Abstract. The article characterizes the activity of the juridical clinic of the North Caucasian Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “The Russian Academy of Justice”. The author identifies and analyzes the peculiarities of educational process organization determined both by subjective (the specifics of educational institution) and objective (inclusion into the system of free juridical assistance, introducing bachelor degree) factors.
