PECULIARITIES OF CULTURAL SPACE OF TOWNLETS OF VOLOGDA REGION (PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT)

Abstract.
In the study the author examines the issues of the cultural development of the townlets of Vologda region in the light of philosophical subject matter. The trends of the antinomy, intersubjectivity, semiotic character of urban culture are noted. The towns of the region are unique; they have their own cultural structure existing due to creative personalities and their vigorous activity. A number of towns have a subsidized character; other municipalities have acquired the status of cultural tourist centers. The author reveals the causes and trends of the current circumstances, examines the peculiarities of the cultural space of the provincial towns of Vologda region.
