Abstract.
The article analyzes the prospects for transforming the approaches to analyzing the protest dynamics and institutional stability of the Russian region at the level of the basic - religious communities. The author focuses on the critical analysis of positive ideas about protest activity, on the conditions of network communication, as the most favorable for the manifestation of paradoxical effects, as well as on the problems of consensus.
