Abstract. Individualization as the process of human becoming as an independent subject of activity is an important stage in the development of the individual. The formation of individual qualities of the person in the era of globalization has its own peculiarities associated with the trend of different cultures unification. The education system that forms the human personality is also included in the overall process of globalization and, in its striving for the unification of diplomas, curricula and much more, creates conditions for the “dissolution” of national cultures in the common space of the Western culture.
