Abstract.
The article discovers the importance of tourist maps in schoolchildren’s educational process. The authors characterize the importance of social science disciplines at school, examine the peculiarities of tourist maps, identify the types of educational activity, subjects and themes where tourist maps can be used to raise schoolchildren’s educational level. The paper provides the expected results of using tourist maps in schoolchildren’s educational process.
