Practices of informal education in the system of moral and psychological support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

Abstract. The objective of the study is to substantiate the potential practices of informal educational in increasing the effectiveness of moral and psychological support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the field of political and educational work. The potential lies in the possibility of creating humane conditions for the development of the employee's personality as a citizen, patriot and professional. The article describes a methodological invariant of informal education practices in political and educational work with employees of the internal affairs bodies, substantiates the organizational and pedagogical conditions for strengthening professional values, intergenerational ties in the service team. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of theoretical foundations of political and educational work within the framework of moral and psychological support for the activities of employees of the internal affairs bodies, relying on the provisions of the philosophy of tradition, theories of continuous education and adult education. As a result of using the developed theoretical foundations, a sequence of stages for designing and implementing a meeting of the personnel of internal affairs agencies on issues of political and educational work based on the methodological invariant of informal education practices is proposed, and the corresponding organizational and pedagogical conditions are substantiated.
