Abstract. This article is the part of the research of literature study devoted to the analysis of I. Chagylgan's artistic translations. The types and peculiarities of mastering artistic traditions are given on the basis of the analysis of I. Chagylgan's translations of Russian classical poetic works from the point of view of equivalence and character of interpretation of semantic and formal-aesthetic structure.
