WORKSHOP REPORT AS MEANS OF MIDTERM EXAMINATION

Abstract. The author considers the problem of using workshop report as a means of midterm examination on the discipline “Foreign Language” in nonlinguistic higher education establishment, pays particular attention to the development of students’ self-education skills, and describes the experience of foreign languages teachers ​​at National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University teaching students to make workshop report in the form of poster presentation prepared by them.
